If you wish to proceed, then Low Doc Mortgages will help you to complete all the necessary paperwork and liaise with the lender on your behalf.

• Supplier banking details
• Certified current driver’s license
• Current Rates notice (if you own property)
• Signed and dated Finance document
• Business use declaration
• Direct debit
• Signed Privacy Acknowledgment
